PIÑA GRAU
The history of Piña-Grau goes back to the Spanish post-war era, to 1951, where it began as an authentic workshop in the old quarter of the city. It was known as Sa Fàbrica and was located in Plaza Tagamanent, where initially it did repairs.
Piña-Grau was created from a partnership between two families – that of José Grau and Concha Miró and that of José Piña and María Durán – who together founded the emblematic Piña-Grau Jewellers. Thanks to the efforts, professionalism and skill of the founders, they progressively broadened the range of services offered, satisfying the demand for all types of orders, in addition to working with the precious metal and selling precious stones, and consolidated what we today know as a traditional jewellery store, silversmith and jewellery maker, the Piña-Grau Jewellers.
The Piña-Grau Jewellers boasts a team of highly professional and experienced craftspeople who use their expertise on a daily basis to create and give shape to the dreams of our customers, exercising their creativity to offer unique, exclusive designs.
At Sa Fàbrica we combine creating unique pieces that are characteristic of traditional Majorcan jewellery and of the quality we are known for with designing special items tailored to each customer. The magic becomes a real creation, thanks to the various jewellers' skills, involving removing pieces from the fire, polishing, engraving by hand and by machine and gem-setting, making it possible to create each piece.
Backed by 70 years of experience, we create jewellery with a soul, adapting ourselves to each customer. Each gem, design and detail is cared for, with the certainty that we are producing unique pieces that reflect a lifetime of work and balance between creativity and craft, between modernity and tradition. These pieces are born out of the commitment to our philosophy and our passion for jewellery, reflected in collections that bring a symphony of experiences through textures and colours.
